Prior to entering real estate, Kathy owned and operated "Hollyberry's" a
favorite dining spot in downtown Owensboro, and "Hollyberry's 100%
Natural Candles." Kathy's level head, strong interpersonal and
communication skills, “make things happen” attitude are all qualities
you will enjoy as Kathy's clients. Kathy is a member of the Owensboro Board of Realtors and
actively participates in the Multi-List, providing exposure to all the
area's 200+ Realtors. She is also a member of the Kentucky
Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Kathy is a candidate for the prestigious GRI, Graduate of Realtors
Institute, and graduate of Leadership K.A.R. Kathy is a
