A real estate broker since 1968, Charlie King knows Hancock County like no one else!  Most recently serving as Mayor of Hawesville, Charlie owned his own brokerage, King Real Estate.  In 2005, Charlie joined the  Tony Clark Realtors team, making Tony Clark Realtors the authority in Western Kentucky real estate.

Charlie has sold hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate throughout his career, and is deserving of his nickname: The King of Real Estate! But whether he's selling a multi-dollar horse farm or a modest home to a first-time buyer, he always keeps it personal. "Because home is very important to me," he says, "I don't think of myself as selling real estate but rather matching people with homes. I work diligently to find the perfect fit." For most people, their home is their largest asset and often their most personal possession. And Charlie feels it's a tremendous honor to be asked by a seller to represent their property.

Although Charlie enjoys his business and the people he meets, he also finds it important to have interests outside of real estate. In his free time, he partakes of all the wonderful opportunities Hancock County has to offer. He also enjoys traveling with his wife & family.
